New Farmington Pathways Committee seeks volunteers
The City of Farmington is looking for volunteers to serve on a new Pathways Committee to help the community improve connectivity and walkability for pedestrians, bicyclists, and runners.
The mission of the Pathways Committee is to study, evaluate, and make recommendations on improving or creating new sidewalks and pathways within the city and their connections to surrounding community, county, and regional systems. One local example might be better connecting downtown Farmington to Shiawassee Park.
If you are interested in serving on the committee, or simply giving some input, please contact the City at 248-474-5500, ext. 2221 or firstname.lastname@example.org
. We are developing an application for potential committee members and will have that ready shortly.
