The Downtown Development Authority meets the fourth Monday of each month at 6:00pm The DDA was established to prevent deterioration of business; encourage historical preservation; authorize the issuance of bonds; authorize and use tax increment financing within the DDA district. The DDA is governed by an eleven (11) member Board of Directors. The Board provides direction to the Executive Director of the DDA. |

The several boards and commissions of the City
of Farmington are an integral part of municipal government. In many
instances these boards are required by state law or City Charter.
Without exception, these boards address important matters which affect
all residents, although at different times and in different ways. The
members all serve without pay and Farmington is fortunate that so many
residents are willing to invest their talent and time into the
community. If you are interested in serving on any of these boards,
